    I do offer a sliding scale fee for those who qualify.

  • I do not accept insurance. All services are self-pay. I can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to insurance for reimbursement but it is not guaranteed. I do not provide any refund for declined reimbursements from insurance companies.

  • Pay by ACH Bank transfer, American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, or Visa.

  • Yes. I conduct virtual sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure client confidentiality and security.

  • I specialize in providing counseling services to individuals in fifth grade and older, tailoring my approach to meet the unique developmental needs of each individual. By creating a supportive and empowering environment, I help pre-teens, teens, and adults navigate challenges, develop coping skills, and build resilience.

  • As a therapist, I do not have the authority to prescribe medications. Instead, I focus on providing counseling, support, and guidance to help individuals manage their mental health concerns through non-pharmacological interventions such as therapy techniques, coping strategies, and lifestyle adjustments.

  • I don't conduct neuropsychological evaluations as it falls outside my scope of practice. However, I can offer referrals to qualified professionals who specialize in neuropsychological assessments if such evaluations are deemed necessary for comprehensive care.

  • As a therapist, I can diagnose individuals with mental health conditions. I can assess and evaluate their symptoms, provide insights, and offer guidance based on my observations and expertise within the scope of therapy.

  • Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, I am unable to see clients who reside outside of the state where I am licensed to practice. This limitation ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice and ensures that clients receive appropriate care within their jurisdiction. I remain committed to providing support and resources to individuals within my licensed area and am available to explore alternative options for those seeking assistance outside of my practice area.
